Program
Let the Bride Be runs a wedding concierge text line from the toll-free number shown on each wedding's invitation or wedding website. Guests and vendors get answers about a specific wedding (schedule, directions, parking, local recommendations, arrangements).
How you opt in
You opt in by texting us first: guests text the wedding code shown on the invitation or wedding website; vendors text the line directly. Couples never upload guest numbers, and we only reply to people who have texted us.
How guests opt in
Each wedding invitation or wedding website shows a call to action like this sample:
Right after you text the code, we confirm with a message like: “Hi! You're all set for Sarah & Jake's wedding 💍 Ask me anything: parking, timing, where to grab coffee. (Let the Bride Be. Msg & data rates may apply. Text STOP anytime to opt out, HELP for help.)”
Sample replies
- HELP → “Let the Bride Be here, your wedding concierge! Need a hand? Email hello@letthebridebe.com and we'll help. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out.”
- STOP → “Let the Bride Be: You're unsubscribed and won't get any more messages from us. Thanks for celebrating with us! Text your wedding code anytime to rejoin.”

Message frequency varies based on your conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Keywords
- STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT): opt out. You'll get one confirmation and no further messages.
- HELP: get help. You can also email hello@letthebridebe.com.
- FORGET ME: erase your name, number, texting style and any saved preferences.
What we keep
Your name, phone number and texting style (length, formality, emoji use). Other preferences only if you ask us to remember them. We never infer or store sex or age.
